Second, prevent moisture, ammonium nitrate, lime nitrogen and calcium superphosphate are easy to agglomerate after absorbing moisture, affecting the application effect. After ammonium bicarbonate absorbs moisture, the nitrogen is volatile, and it must be tightly sealed to avoid contact with air. Therefore, these fertilizers should be stored in a dry, cool place.
Three anti-corrosion, calcium superphosphate corrosive, should prevent contact with the skin, metal utensils; ammonia on the copper, iron, a strong corrosive, should be stored in ceramic, plastic, wooden containers. In addition, chemical fertilizers should not be piled up with seeds, and do not use chemical fertilizers in bags to avoid affecting seed germination.
Fourth, high temperature, nitrogen fertilizer by the sun, nitrogen will accelerate the loss of volatilization; ammonium nitrate will break down in high temperatures, which will cause fertilizer failure.
5. Fire prevention: Ammonium nitrate, potassium nitrate, etc. are flammable and cannot be stored together with flammable materials such as kerosene, gasoline, straw, sawdust, etc. to avoid fire.
Six anti-explosion, ammonium nitrate, potassium nitrate, etc. are liable to explode. If mixed with copper, iron and other metal powders, it will cause an explosion accident if it is rubbed and hit. Therefore, after the hardening of these fertilizers, do not use metal objects and smash them with heavy objects.
