Why green manure can improve soil

Green manure is not only an efficient way to boost soil fertility, but it also plays a crucial role in improving soil health. It offers multiple benefits that contribute to long-term agricultural sustainability. First, green manure supplies a rich source of nutrients to the soil. The tender stems and leaves of various green manure crops are packed with essential elements. When they decompose, they significantly increase the levels of organic matter, as well as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and trace minerals. For example, every 1,000 kg of green manure can provide about 6.3 kg of nitrogen, 1.3 kg of phosphorus, and 5 kg of potassium—equivalent to 13.7 kg of urea, 6 kg of superphosphate, and 10 kg of potassium sulfate. Additionally, the root systems of these crops are well-developed. With 1,000 kg of above-ground biomass, there could be around 150 kg of underground roots, which further enrich the soil's organic content, improve its structure, and enhance its fertility. Leguminous plants, in particular, have the ability to fix atmospheric nitrogen, with about two-thirds of their nitrogen coming from the air through symbiotic relationships with bacteria. Second, green manure helps convert insoluble nutrients into forms that plants can easily absorb. During their growth, green manure crops release substances that help break down hard-to-access phosphorus and potassium in the soil. After being turned under, the decomposition process produces organic acids, which further enhance the availability of these nutrients for plant uptake. Third, it improves both the physical and chemical properties of the soil. Once incorporated, green manure undergoes microbial breakdown, releasing valuable nutrients and forming humus. This humus, when combined with calcium, helps create stable soil aggregates. These aggregates make the soil more porous, improving aeration, water retention, and nutrient-holding capacity. As a result, the soil becomes more balanced in terms of water, nutrients, gas exchange, and temperature regulation—creating ideal conditions for plant growth. Finally, green manure stimulates microbial activity in the soil. By adding fresh organic matter, it provides energy for microorganisms, encouraging their rapid reproduction and enhancing their activity. This leads to better nutrient cycling, faster humus formation, and overall soil maturation, making the land more productive over time.

Tipper Parts

This classification mainly includes the aluminum die casting Machinery Parts using in Tipper Components area.
From the part, we can easily find that the parts have a lot of features of big cavities, so the part will have big potential risk of mold release problem, if so, the part may happen to be deform, sticking to the mold etc, especially when the part sticking to the mold, if no clear in time, while next shot, the mold may be destroyed while clamping.
