Why green manure can improve soil

Green manure is not only an effective way to boost soil fertility, but also plays a key role in improving soil health. It offers multiple benefits that support long-term agricultural sustainability. First, green manure provides a rich source of nutrients to the soil. The young stems and leaves of green manure crops are packed with essential elements like nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and trace minerals. When these materials decompose, they significantly enhance the organic matter content and nutrient levels in the soil. For example, every 1,000 kg of green manure can supply about 6.3 kg of nitrogen, 1.3 kg of phosphorus, and 5 kg of potassium—equivalent to 13.7 kg of urea, 6 kg of superphosphate, and 10 kg of potassium sulfate. In addition, the root systems of green manure plants are usually well-developed. If there’s 1,000 kg of above-ground biomass, there could be around 150 kg of roots underground, which further enriches the soil with organic matter, improves its structure, and boosts fertility. Leguminous green manures, such as clover or vetch, have the added advantage of fixing atmospheric nitrogen, with up to two-thirds of their nitrogen coming directly from the air. Second, green manure helps convert insoluble nutrients into forms that crops can easily absorb. During growth, green manure crops release substances that, when decomposed after being turned into the soil, produce organic acids. These acids help transform locked-up phosphorus and potassium into more available forms, making them accessible to plant roots. Third, it enhances the physical and chemical properties of the soil. Once incorporated, green manure breaks down through microbial activity, releasing valuable nutrients while forming humus. This humus, when combined with calcium, helps create stable soil aggregates. A well-aggregated soil is loose, aerated, and has good water retention and fertility. It also regulates moisture, nutrients, gases, and heat effectively, creating an ideal environment for plant growth. Finally, green manure stimulates microbial activity in the soil. By adding fresh organic material, it provides energy for microorganisms to multiply and function more actively. This leads to better nutrient cycling, faster humus formation, and overall soil improvement. As a result, the soil becomes more fertile and easier to manage over time.

Tipper Parts

This classification mainly includes the aluminum die casting Machinery Parts using in Tipper Components area.
From the part, we can easily find that the parts have a lot of features of big cavities, so the part will have big potential risk of mold release problem, if so, the part may happen to be deform, sticking to the mold etc, especially when the part sticking to the mold, if no clear in time, while next shot, the mold may be destroyed while clamping.
