Last year, the western Ningxia Guangcai New Energy High-tech Co., Ltd. independently innovated and used the BAPP technology with independent intellectual property rights to establish a pilot test system for raw material alcohol production. The system uses high technology to maximize the conversion of lignocellulose, starch, and sugar contained in plants into ethanol. Using this technology, sugar beets, potatoes and other easily grown, low-cost crops, and even a variety of fruits and vegetables in excess of the market can be used to produce alcohol fuel ethanol. The whole process is non-toxic and non-hazardous, there is no chemical industrial wastewater, no waste, and the produced slag can be made into advanced compound protein feeds and degradable materials, and the discharged slag, water and gas can be industrialized.
On June 24th, the first phase of the raw material alcohol project of the Guangcai New Energy High-tech Co., Ltd. of the western part of Ningxia was laid at the foundation of the China Guangcai Business Industrial Base in Yinchuan Economic and Technological Development Zone. The project was invested and built by Hong Kong BAPP Bio-engineering Co., Ltd. It mainly produces edible alcohol, alcohol fuel ethanol, and related products. According to reports, the company will use this project as a model to build an ethanol plant with an annual output of 300,000 tons, making Ningxia a fuel ethanol supply site for the entire northwest region.
