(1) Anti-corrosion. Open the cover and shroud on the harvester, remove dust, dirt, and crop residues inside and outside the machine, and clean with water or oil if necessary. Drive into the hangar, release oil and cooling water, add new dewatering lubricant (heated to 110-150% or ordm; C until the foam disappears), then crank the crankshaft several turns to fill the entire lubrication system. Lubricate each lubrication point according to the lubrication chart. Use a plastic cloth to wrap the air cleaner, vent nozzle, tank cap, and fuel tank cap. Remove the wooden bushings from the drive chain and the drafter, wash the sludge, and soak it in the engine oil for a day or night or place in a water-free machine oil and soak for 20-30 minutes. The engine oil that adheres to it will drip. Then use kraft paper or plastic cloth to wrap it separately and store it in a ventilated and dry room. After wiping all friction surfaces, apply oil, preferably paper, to reduce the chance of contact with air. Where parts that come in direct contact with the ground, use wood or bricks to support them. The paint stripping area on the casing must be re-applied.
(2) Anti-aging. Remove all the belts, can still be used after identification, to wipe clean, coated with talcum powder, tied on the label, placed on the indoor shelf, covered with paper, and keep ventilated, dry and free from direct sunlight. If hanging on the wall, try to keep the belt from rolling.
(3) Anti-deformation. Place the header on the pre-prepared wood, lift the axle with the jack, support the cushion, and allow the tire to leave the ground. In order to reduce the inner tire pressure tire pressure, tire pressure should only be maintained at 0.05MPa. All springs must be loosened and the removed parts must be prevented from squeezing.
