The nutritional value of pine nuts

Pine nuts are the seeds of pine trees, also known as sea pine nuts. Pine nuts contain fat, protein, carbohydrates and so on. Pine nuts are not only an important Chinese medicine, but also have a long-term food and drink heart, nourish the skin, prolong life, and have a high therapeutic value.

Seeds contain 74% fatty oils, mainly oleates, linoleates. Another still contains palm leaf anti-alkaline, protein, volatile oil, etc.

Alpha-pinene and β-pinene, terpene, terpene-3, camphorene, myrcene, dipentene, β-phellandrene, γ-terpinene, - cyanidin, sulforcycloalkene, isotactic cycloalkenol, 4-episoxyl cycloalkenyl alcohol, kauri diol, lambsoul oil, lambert methyl ester, 3,5- Methoxim, cis-N-altereneol, 18-N-dehydro-rosin-4α-ol, 19-Norhydrogenated rosin-4(18)-ene-dehydro-15-hydroxyrosin-18-methyl ester, clothing Lanne, longifolene, and red pine.

Two alkaloids were isolated from the leaves: 4-alpha-piperidoline and rosintin.
