During the use of the tractor, due to a variety of adverse factors, the ability of parts and components will gradually reduce or disappear, and fuel, lubricant, coolant and other substances will be gradually consumed, and the technical status of the whole machine will deteriorate. Therefore, the tractor must be timely cleaned, fastened, adjusted, replaced, added, etc. to maintain the tractor's normal working condition.
After the break-in is completed, the tractor must immediately perform a full technical maintenance. The technical maintenance content is as follows:
(1) After the engine is shut down, the engine oil in the oil sump and the steering oil tank will be released and the filters in the oil pan, oil filter, diesel filter, oil filter, air filter and steering oil tank will be cleaned. Net, after replacing the diesel filter element and oil filter, inject new lubricant. While hot, the lubricating oil from the drive train, hoist, and front drive axle is released. At the same time, the suction filter of the hoist is removed for cleaning. After reinstalling, the new drive hydraulic oil N100D is added to the drive train as required.
(2) Release cooling water and add new coolant. (In the winter when the temperature is below 0°C, the cooling system of the tractor's engine should be filled with anti-freeze fluid, and the tractor without anti-freezing fluid should be drained when it is stopped to prevent the water from freezing and cracking the body.
(3) Check the free travel of clutches and brakes and adjust if necessary.
(4) Check tighten all external bolts, nuts and screws.
(5) Add grease to each part of the tractor that needs to be greased according to the service instructions.
(6) Check the front and rear tire pressures. Insufficient air is inflated according to the specified value.
(7) Check the tractor for leaks, oil leakage, water leakage, etc.
(8) Carry out maintenance on the diesel engine according to the instruction manual. Fourth, how to choose high-power (horsepower) wheel tractor farm machinery: should be ruled out.
The matching of agricultural implements and tractors should be reasonable. When the efficiency of tractors is greater than that of agricultural implements, the economy of operations is poor and the implements are easily damaged. When the effectiveness of agricultural implements is greater than that of tractors, the power of tractors is poor, and the efficiency of agricultural implements is low, and even operation is impossible. Therefore, when matching agricultural implements, the supporting power on the agricultural implement instruction manual should be consistent with the power of the supporting tractor. The speed of the agricultural implement must be consistent with the tractor's power output rotation speed.
