The cooling water in the water tank does not flow when it does not participate in the circulation. Only when the water temperature is higher than 80 degrees does the water in the tank begin to participate in the cycle. If the temperature is less than 70 degrees, there is water flowing at the water inlet pipe of the tank and the temperature of the water is slightly hot, indicating that the main valve is not closed tightly, and the thermostat malfunctions.
2, check after the cooling water rises. The temperature of the water rises rapidly during the initial stage of the engine work. When the water temperature rises to 80 degrees, the water temperature rises slowly, indicating that the thermostat is working properly. On the contrary, the water temperature has been rising rapidly until boiling, indicating that the main valve of the thermostat has stuck and cannot be opened.
