3. Close the venting valve, the inlet valve, open the vacuum pump, adjust the true air conditioning valve to make the vacuum (depending on the amount of trial filling) to meet the process requirements, and step on the pedal to insert the liquid into the liquid bottle.
4. Slowly open the inlet valve. At this time, the liquid level in the filling rises and the vent valve is opened to keep the liquid level between the specified liquid level of the sight glass.
5. When the vacuum gauge pointer is in the 0 state, it is proved that the liquid filling is completed, and the foot collapsed plate is returned, and the liquid bottle which is quickly opened and the can lid is taken out and filled.
6. For the troubleshooting of vacuum mercury (see XD series but the rotary vane vacuum pump instruction manual), the vacuum pump should not be used for a long time (more than seven days). The oil used in the mercury should be drained and flushed with new oil. Moisture in the oil prevents corrosion of the pump body.
cleaning method:
When the operation is completed, the remaining liquid can be removed from the cleaning port, rinsed with water, and cleaned with a non-woven cloth. Before the operation, clean the sterile preparation or the 10,000-grade area. After the Zui, wash it with water for injection, rinse it three times for 5 minutes, until there is no residue, and then wash the contact part with the material with 75% alcohol. No dirty marks can enter the filling process.
