Pruning should master the principles of stem shaping, strong branch light shear, weak branch heavy shear, and old branch retraction. It is mainly to cut off the branches that grow on the main trunk and to select a small number of mother branches that can bloom in the following year on the main branch. For young plants, select 4 to 5 robust shoots on the main branch and cut off the upper end at 3 to 7 cm. Adult tree pruning should be weak, strong, straight, and stacked, and determine the number of mother branches according to water and fertilizer conditions. After the pruning, the general shall be sprayed with a tree to sterilize and disinfect, and the insulation and antifreeze shall be applied.
