1 Don't Ignore the Openness of the Fuel Injector A R185 diesel engine has been “lifted” several times after being repaired. This type of diesel engine is a dual-roller bearing. Lubrication of the lubricant for the connecting rod bearings is accomplished by means of directional positioning injection. For each rotation of the crankshaft, when the oil hole in the center of the shaft reaches the fuel injection position, a certain amount of oil can be obtained in the oil hole to lubricate the connecting rod bearings. If the hole is blocked by dirt, the connecting rod bearings will not be lubricated. The diesel engine resulted in multiple hold of the shoes due to failure to completely clear the fuel injection hole during repair. 2 The clearance between the idler shaft and the sleeve must not be neglected. A few hands often overhaul the 495A diesel engine with their own hands, but they are often not satisfied with the oil pressure index. The reason is that most of them ignore the gap between the idler shaft and the sleeve. This gap should be 0.050-0.112mm, the wear limit is 0.20mm; and the standard gap between the crankshaft main journal and the main bearing is 0.070-0.138mm, the wear limit is 0.25mm. Therefore, the clearance between the idler shaft and the sleeve is smaller than that of the main shaft and the main bearing bush by 0.020-0.026 mm, and the wear limit value is also different by 0.05 mm. In order to ensure the lubrication of other transmission gears and shafts, a slotted oil hole is formed in the idler shaft, and a Φ0.25mm lubrication hole with a 45-degree angle of 180 degrees is formed between the idler gear and the sleeve, and is located at the inner end of the idler shaft. The oil passage leading to the lubricated rocker arm is connected. The lubrication path is generally a main oil passage → idler shaft → rocker shaft. If the gap between the idler shaft and the sleeve is too large, it is easy to leak more lubricating oil from here, and the oil pressure of the entire system is seriously affected, resulting in poor lubrication.
