The transmission of the sand mixer

The sand mixer may be improperly designed due to improper design at the factory or not suitable for the specific conditions used by the unit. This requires repairing some devices, such as transmission components.

The method of improvement and repair of the transmission part is:
1. Assembly of large bevel gear The main shaft of the Sll6 sand mixer and the large bevel gear are originally designed as flat shaft ends. The weight of the whole cast large bevel gear with the material of HTl50 is more than 600kg. The large bevel gear is assembled under the grinding disc. Restrictions, poor neutrality, laborious and labor-intensive, and even endanger the safety of workers. In particular, the large bevel gear is the weak link of the sand mixer, and it has to be replaced if it is damaged.
A better method is to add a tapered end with a taper of 1:5 at the flat end of the new spindle. The specific structure is shown in Figure 3-20. When assembling the large gear, the gear hole is aligned with the conical end of the main shaft, and the three jacks are gradually jacked up to smoothly enter the mating end of the main shaft to achieve high assembly efficiency.
2. Improvement of transmission mode of Sll6 roller mixer The bearing seat of the original bevel gear is moved from the cement foundation to the underside of the chassis, and a bevel gear is added in a symmetrical position, which is connected by a through shaft. The small bevel gear on the right side is connected with the rotating shaft as a rotating pair to balance the force on the single side of the large bevel gear, and overcome the single-side wear of the main shaft bearing to avoid the left and right swing of the large bevel gear and the bevel gear movement.
Another method is to remove a pair of bevel gears and replace them with a pair of spur gears.
The bevel gear transmission section has been modified as shown in Figure 3-22. Two single-row tapered roller bearings are mounted in the bearing, the distance is l70mm, to improve the rigidity of the pinion shaft, and the distance from the first bearing to the pinion is shortened from the original 11Omm to 60mm, which greatly improves the pinion shaft. Carrying capacity, the pinion shaft will not break even if the load is suddenly increased during use.
