Experimental principle :
The kit uses a double antibody sandwich assay to determine the level of rat catecholamine (CA) in the specimen. The microplate was coated with purified rat catecholamine (CA) antibody to prepare a solid phase antibody, and catecholamine (CA) was added to the microcapsule of the coated monoclonal antibody, and then combined with HRP-labeled catecholamine (CA) antibody to form an antibody. - Antigen-enzyme-labeled antibody complex, after thorough washing, was added to the substrate TMB for color development. Sample processing and requirements :
