Prepare the hoist before installation:
1. Check if the strength of the concrete meets the installation requirements.
2. The actual installation height of the lifting frame body must not exceed the maximum height allowed by the design, and the following inspections are included:
1) Completeness and integrity of the metal structure 2) Whether the lifting structure is intact 3) Whether the electrical equipment is complete and reliable 4) Whether the basic position and practice meet the requirements
3. Prepare hoisting machinery and other tools.
4. Clear obstacles on site.
Installation of the hoist attachment bracket:
1. When installing the frame body, the ground beam should be firmly connected to the foundation. Each installation of 2 standard sections (generally no more than 8m) should be temporarily supported or temporarily cabled and fixed, and the initial correction should be made. You can continue your work.
2. When installing the gantry, the two columns should be alternated. For each 2 sections, in addition to temporarily fixing the single-limb column, the two columns should be connected horizontally or integrated.
3. When using the inner shaft of the building as the frame body, the docking door at the feeding port of each floor must be interlocked with the landing sign lamp installed at the driver's operation, and the lighting should be installed in the dark place.
4. The bolts of each node of the frame must be fastened. The bolts should meet the requirements of the aperture. It is forbidden to ream and open the holes. Do not miss or replace them with lead wires.
Debugging after the hoist is good:
The commissioning of the hoist should be carried out by a person skilled in operation or a certificate of employment. The hoisting machine is actuated to raise the basket to a certain height. The hoisting mechanism looks down to see if it is stable. If the slamming phenomenon occurs, the hoist brake screw is corrected.
On the basket, check the next three times for any bumps, movements, deformations, and everything is normal before it can be put into production.
