1. Check whether the battery voltage of the small gasoline generator reaches the rated voltage of DC24V or 48V (depending on the voltage level).

Because the small gasoline generator is usually in the automatic state, the electronic control module ECM monitors the state of the whole unit and the communication between the EMCP control panel is maintained by the battery power supply. When the external battery charger fails, the battery power is not replenished to cause a voltage drop. The battery must be charged at this time. The charging time depends on the discharge condition of the battery and the rated current of the charger. When the situation is urgent, it is generally recommended to replace the battery.

After the battery has been used for a long time, when the battery capacity drops seriously, even if the rated voltage is reached, it cannot be started. At this time, the battery must be replaced.

2. Check if the small gasoline generator battery terminal and the connecting cable are in poor contact. If the battery electrolyte is too much replenished during normal maintenance, it will easily overflow the surface of the battery and the connection post will increase the contact resistance and make the cable connection poor. In this case, sanding the binding post with the corrosion layer of the cable connector and then retightening the screw can be fully contacted.

3. Whether the small gasoline generator is connected to the positive and negative cable wires of the motor is not strong. When the generator is running, vibration is generated to make the wiring loose and cause poor contact.

There is less chance of starting motor failure, but it cannot be ruled out. Judging the operation of the starter motor can manually touch the outer casing of the motor at the moment of starting the engine. If the starter motor is not moving and the casing is cold, the motor is not working. Or the starter motor is severely hot, and there is a stimulating burnt smell, then the motor coil has been burnt. It takes a long time to repair the motor and it is recommended to replace it directly.

4, caused by air in the fuel system of small gasoline generators.

This is a common fault, usually caused by improper handling when replacing the fuel Filter element (such as not exhausting after replacing the fuel filter element). After the air enters the pipeline with the fuel, the fuel content in the pipeline is reduced and the pressure is reduced. The engine is unable to start due to the high-pressure injection atomization of the injector opening nozzle above 10297Kpa. At this time, exhaust treatment is required, and the fuel injection pump can reach the oil pressure of 345Kpa or more.
