TP-AD-04 type digestion furnace adopts quartz tube infrared heating and digestion method. It is characterized by large digestion and heating area, small temperature difference, fast heating, good sample digestion consistency and high thermal efficiency. At the same time, the heating body (quartz tube) has the characteristics of strong acid and alkali, explosion-proof, long life and the like, and conforms to the CE standard.

In order to achieve the function of fully automatic digestion, the instrument uses an intelligent micro controller to control the heating process of the digestion furnace. As long as you choose the heating mode and stage selection, as well as set the heating time, you can achieve automatic digestion without the need of personnel guard. Take the sample directly for distillation. Really achieve the goal of fully automatic digestion.

At the same time, the harmful gas such as SO2 overflowing in the digestive tube is discharged into the sewer from the water through the suction collecting pipe on the digesting furnace, thereby effectively suppressing the escape of harmful gases.

1. Suction pump connection method

The filter end of the suction pump is connected with the faucet with a rubber tube, the B end is connected with the exhaust port of the sewage collection pipe by the rubber tube, the rubber tube is connected to the sewer by the C end, and the rubber tube is not too long for the B end. The tap water should be digested and drained. Increase the suction (3-4L/min) as much as possible to increase the suction of the suction pump so that the exhaust gas is discharged into the sewer together with the tap water.

2. Digestion furnace temperature control method:

The TP-AD-04 digestion furnace uses an intelligent micro-controller to control the heating process of the digestion furnace and directly displays the heating temperature in the oven and the remaining heating time in the corresponding stage.

2.1 surface button description:

   (1). "Settings" button : Enter the switch between the setting interface and the process.

(2). "OK" button : Select to complete a certain function and press "OK" to enter.

(3). “▲” and “▼” keys: Selection between various functions in the setting interface and temperature setting under the process.

2.2 Process settings:

The heating process is divided into three temperature stages (T1, T2, T3 three temperature stages), and each heating stage can be set with different heating time in minutes. If only one or two temperature stages are required, the heating time of some other stage can be set to zero.

2.3 Temperature setting:

In the heating process interface, first see the first column is the three temperature stages T1, T2, T3, the middle column is the temperature value of the corresponding phase, and the last column is the heating time required for this phase.

First press the “Set” button to select the temperature and heating time to be set, then press the “▲” or “▼” button to set the heating temperature and heating time. After the setting is completed, press the “OK” button to return to the main setting interface.

(Note: In general, the T1 phase setting temperature is 280°, the time is 20 minutes; the T2 phase setting temperature is 450°, the time is 60-90 minutes; the T3 phase setting temperature is 350°, the time is 0 minutes; because usually In the case, only two phases are required.)

3. Operation process:

1. Place the digestive tube containing the sample on the test tube holder, install the fluorine rubber ring and the collection tube, and place them on the top of the digestion furnace. (As shown in FIG)

2. Connect the tap water and the suction pump according to the above diagram, and pay attention to the water flow rate (3-4L/min).

3. Connect the supplied power cord and turn on the boat switch.

4. At this time, the company name is displayed on the surface, and then press the “Settings” button to enter the setting main interface, then select the mode as “Auto” mode, and then follow the above “Process Settings” and “Temperature Settings” settings. Select the "Start" function, then press the "OK" button, the instrument starts working.

5. After the digestion is completed, move it to the test tube mounting base together with the test tube holder to cool. (Note that you cannot turn off the power first)

4. Note:

1. When the pump is first connected, ensure that the pump is in the three-way state, and the inner hole of the B end must be kept in communication with the inner holes of the A and C ends to ensure that the exhaust gas in the digestive pipe can be removed. If there is a lot of exhaust gas leakage, you can check whether the suction pump is normal here, you can rotate the B end to adjust its position.

2. When installing the collection tube, pay attention to the fluorine rubber ring to be clamped at the interface of the digestive tube to prevent the exhaust gas from escaping.

3. Digestion process Because the position of each digestive tract is different, the temperature of the surrounding and the central position is a little different, so the middle of the digestive process changes first than the samples at both ends, which are normal phenomena. At the same time, in order to ensure complete digestion, the digestion time can be extended appropriately.

4. After the digestion is completed, the water source cannot be turned off during the cooling phase, otherwise the remaining exhaust gas will escape.

***5. After the time is completed, the main power supply cannot be turned off. The instrument must be cooled for 30 minutes before the power can be turned off. Otherwise, the internal control part of the instrument will be smooth!
