In recent years, the lobster market is very promising, and artificially cultivated lobsters have considerable benefits. The author simulated the wild lobster environment, using abandoned low-lying fields, artificial feeding for lobster farming, yield of more than 250 kg per 667 square meters (1 mu), net profit of 1300 yuan or more, if the management is in place, the benefits can be improved. The relevant breeding techniques are summarized as follows:

First, pond conditions and preparation before stocking. Select the low-lying area on the edge of the embankment in the gutter. The sediment is sandy loam and covers an area of ​​0.5 hectares. The flow of water is relatively stable. After the height of the pond has been reinforced, it will effectively store 1.2 meters of water. Inlet and outlet are separated.

The wild weeds in the ponds were cleared before the shrimps were transplanted. The dry pools were exposed for 2 weeks. Then the massive lime was poured on the water and the amount was 150 kg per 667 square meters to kill the wild fish and germs in the pond. After the removal of wild weeds, fine plants such as water peanuts, Elodea, and goldfishes are transplanted by hand. These plants are highly capable of regeneration, and are ideally suited for the habitat of lobsters.

The escape ability of lobster is no less than that of river crab. Under artificial breeding conditions, when the living environment is harsh, it is easy to escape. The board is made of calcium-laminated plastic boards. The middle of the bowl is covered with a plastic strip cloth. The water inlet and outlet are secured with a tight mesh to prevent escape. At the same time, the anti-flight facilities must be regularly checked.

In the first week before the release of shrimp seedlings, cooked manure fertilizer and water, the same method with the fish under the pond before the fertilizer, so that the shrimp ponds are rich in food. The initial injection of new water should not be too deep, about 50 cm is appropriate, with the growth of shrimp, can gradually add water.

Second, seed stocking. Every year in March, fresh shrimps are purchased from the market and surrounding Tongkou. We stocked 2.5 cm of 10 kg shrimp on March 5, 15 kg of 3 cm shrimp on March 10, 222 kg of 3.5 cm shrimp on March 15 and 365 kg of shrimp on March 18. . Since the shrimps were transported nearby, the dead seedlings and soft-shelled shrimp seedlings were sterilized with 40 g/l saline solution for 10 minutes before killing surface bacteria and parasites.

Third, feeding and management. Feeding was started in mid-March, and fresh bean dregs and rice bran were mainly fed in the early stage. From May to September, fresh fish, squash, and green leaves are fed. Ensure that the lobster eats well and feeds 5-10% of the body weight, depending on the lobster's eating and activities. Fresh croakers are chopped into small pieces and pumpkins are cut into filaments to facilitate crayfish ingestion. The residual bait should be removed in time to prevent deterioration of water quality.

The water quality of lobster should be “fat, live, tender and cool”. In the early stage, the water is yellowish green and dark brown, and the transparency is about 30 centimeters. If the transparency is too small, the amount of water should be increased and the water should be changed once every half month. The transparency of the summer stays around 40 cm. The water level is maintained at 1.2 meters, the water grass coverage is 50%, and the pH is controlled at 7.5-8.

Disease prevention and control should be based on prevention and regular water changes. During the whole breeding process, lime was splashed 2 times, and garlic heads were fed 6 times in summer. No obvious disease occurred.

During the cultivation period, stick to the daily patrol pond to observe the lobster's feeding, activities, and growth conditions, and enter the water outlets and escape prevention facilities. The lobster's burrowing ability is extremely strong and must be patrolled on the outside of the pond.

Fourth, the effect of discussion. From the end of May, commercial shrimps are harvested, with specifications ranging from 20-25 kg/kg. To catch small fish and stay small, the fishing method is to catch the fish in the cage and take the shrimp once every 4-8 hours to prevent the lobster from intensively killing or damaging the fishing tools in the cage. A total of 1,830 kilograms of fish were harvested, with a specification of 20-25 kg/kg, an average price of 16 yuan/kg, a total output value of 29.28 million yuan, a total cost of 19.53 million yuan and a profit of 0.975 million yuan.

The lobster's life is very adaptable. In the wild state, it lives on its own, and its yield is very unstable. Under artificial high-density culture conditions, lobsters become very fragile. Attention must be paid to three points: (1) Sticking to patrol ponds and lobster burrowing Strong ability, strong ability to climb on land, prevention of escape is the key; (2) lobster growth rate, the size of the slaughter, artificial breeding when the specifications of feeding; (3) capture large and small, can improve the breeding efficiency.
